In a forest outside Tuchola, about fifty kilometres northwest of Bydgoszcz, 239 Poles were murdered by the Germans in 1939. The bodies were buried in mass graves.

Current status: Monument (2015).

Location: 53°34'18.86"N 17°52'41.00"E

Get there: Car.

My comment:

An architecturally nice monument flanked by memorial stones with the names of the murdered.
